Assembling a Core Process Team

By this stage, you have been bombarded by processes, forms, templates, and methodologies, which you can use in your company or for your own project(s). This can be very unsettling to any practicing project manager who does not have the time to spend on creating new processes.

The solution to that problem is to assemble a core team of specialists to drive the development or enhancement of the necessary processes for the company. As the business model changes, so must its processes change. The following team should be brought together to ensure that all areas of the business and project work together:

Process leader or champion.

Quality assurance representative.

Project office manager representative.

Therefore, select the most appropriate one, identify your processes, and get on with it. The key is to manipulate and configure things to suit your environment.
